Premium paddles can get expensive fast because retail margin and brand overhead are built into the price. PHYR keeps the promise simpler: raw T700 carbon, Kevlar mesh, documented specs, and a direct $189 price.

The Inferno Face

Anatomy of the bite.

Four layers, zero filler — scroll the build and see why it grips, forgives, and lasts.

01 · Surface

Raw T700 Carbon Face

Unsanded aerospace-grade weave grips the ball a few milliseconds longer — the texture you can see in this photo is the spin you feel on the third shot.

02 · Reinforcement

Woven Kevlar Mesh

A ballistic layer bonded under the face damps vibration and keeps off-center hits planted. Forgiveness without the mushy feel.

03 · Core

Tuned Honeycomb Core

14mm for explosive pop and faster hands, 16mm for a soft, controlled pocket and a bigger sweet spot. Same face — two personalities.

04 · Spec

Tournament-Grade Build

16.0" × 7.9", midweight balance, documented swing weight and twist weight — built to the numbers serious players actually check.

Why PHYR Exists

Built by a player,
not a boardroom.

PHYR started with one competitive player chasing the next level — and a simple problem: the paddles good enough to win with cost a fortune, and the affordable ones held him back. So he built the one he actually wanted in his hand. Raw T700 carbon over a woven Kevlar mesh, tuned honeycomb cores, every gram chosen for how it plays — not how it prices. The Inferno isn't gear we ship and forget; it's the paddle the founder competes with. You're playing the exact same one.
