Shipping

Orders ship from the USA in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $35; a flat $6.95 applies under that. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order leaves.

The 10-Day Play-Test (paddles)

Play your PHYR paddle for up to 10 days. If it isn't your perfect match, send it back for a full refund or exchange — even if you've already hit with it. We cover return shipping. This is how a no-review brand earns your trust: on the court, not in the cart.

30-Day Returns (apparel, optics & accessories)

Unworn apparel, optics, headwear, and accessories can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be in original condition with tags where applicable. Return shipping on these items is on us as well.

How to start a return

Email jlamm117@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label and instructions. Refunds post to your original payment method within a few business days of us receiving the item.

Warranty

Every PHYR paddle carries a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Apparel and accessories carry a 1-year warranty. If something fails under normal play, we repair or replace it.
